Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or availing any service at Prakash Nethralaya & Panchakarma Kendra ("the Hospital"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.

These terms apply to all patients, visitors, online users, and anyone interacting with our physical or digital facilities.

Services Provided

Prakash Nethralaya & Panchakarma Kendra offers Ayurvedic medical consultations, Panchakarma therapies, classical herbal medicines, ophthalmic Ayurvedic treatments, therapeutic yoga sessions, and in-patient care services.

  • All treatments are conducted by qualified BAMS/MD (Ayu) physicians registered with the Rajasthan Ayurvedic Council.
  • Services are provided subject to availability and clinical assessment by our Vaidyas.
  • The Hospital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
  • Treatments are based on classical Ayurvedic principles and may differ from modern medical protocols.

Medical Disclaimer

Ayurvedic treatments and outcomes vary from person to person based on constitution (Prakriti), disease stage, lifestyle, and adherence to prescribed protocols. The Hospital does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Patients are advised to:

  • Disclose all ongoing medications and medical conditions to the treating Vaidya before commencing treatment.
  • Not discontinue any allopathic medication without consulting their prescribing doctor.
  • Inform the Hospital immediately of any adverse reactions to medicines or therapies.
  • Follow the dietary and lifestyle guidelines prescribed alongside treatment for best results.
Section 4

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. The following conditions apply:

  • Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to priority booking slots.
  • The Hospital reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
  • For online consultations, a stable internet connection is the patient's responsibility. Technical failures on the patient's end will not entitle a refund.

Payments & Refunds

All consultation fees, therapy charges, and medicine costs are to be paid as per the current fee schedule displayed at the Hospital. The following terms apply:

  • Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, and NEFT/RTGS transfer.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced.
  • Panchakarma and residential treatment packages are non-refundable after the first session has been administered.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Medicine purchases can be returned within 7 days only if unopened and accompanied by the original receipt.

Online Consultation

Our video consultation service is available across India. By booking an online consultation, you agree to the following:

  • Online consultations are advisory in nature. The treating Vaidya may recommend an in-person visit for conditions requiring physical examination.
  • Prescriptions issued via online consultation are valid for Ayurvedic medicines only, in accordance with applicable telemedicine guidelines.
  • Recording of consultation sessions by either party without mutual consent is strictly prohibited.
  • The Hospital is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues beyond its control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, treatment protocols, and educational material — is the intellectual property of Prakash Nethralaya & Panchakarma Kendra unless otherwise stated.

  • Reproduction, republication, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Educational content may be shared for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution to the Hospital.
  • Any unauthorised use may result in legal action under applicable Indian copyright laws.

Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and handle all patient information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

  • Patient medical records are confidential and shared only with treating physicians or with the patient's explicit consent.
  • We may use anonymised, non-identifiable data for research, quality improvement, or educational purposes.
  • By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving appointment reminders and health-related communications from the Hospital. You may opt out at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Prakash Nethralaya & Panchakarma Kendra shall not be liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions arising from non-disclosure of pre-existing conditions or ongoing medications by the patient.
  • Outcomes that differ from expectations due to non-adherence to prescribed treatment, diet, or lifestyle guidelines.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its content.
  • Third-party websites linked from our website — we have no control over their content or policies.
Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to Terms

The Hospital reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
